November 2025: Revaluation of the Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension.
From November 1, 2025, approximately 14 million private sector retirees will see an increase in their Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension. (See calendars for details.)
Timing and Calendar:
The increase is adjusted to the inflation rate published by INSEE, excluding tobacco, but with a 0.4 percentage point discount to preserve the program's financial balance. With inflation estimated at around 1%, the increase should be between 0.6% and 0.8%.

2026: A still uncertain year
. Several scenarios are circulating for 2026. Under the Bayrou government, a "blank year" was considered: not increasing basic pensions to save several billion euros.
Since the political transition, this idea has not been confirmed, but it remains a topic of debate. If the current rule of indexing to inflation is maintained, a modest increase of approximately 1.2% could be applied in January 2026, taking effect in the February payment.
